My personal mission is to work together with motivated and inspiring people and organisations to make the world a cleaner and more honest place.
After an adventurous career in the international oil and gas industry my love for the great outdoors inspired me to change career paths. Through a second MSc in environmental engineering, I started working on water strategy and policy for the regional and national water authorities in the Netherlands. Bringing strong analytical skills into the dynamic world of public policy, I love making things concrete and bridge the gap between abstract strategy and the actions necessary to actually get things done.
Over the past years, I have formulated strategy and policy on some of the most urgent matters of this time like the impact of climate change on water management and the threat of chemical pollution to our water quality. I am looking forward to partner with a broad array of (non) governmental organisations, in the Netherlands and internationally to share my knowledge and skills. I am available for consultancy assignments as well as interim services.
